Nueva Andalucia :-

Referred to locally as the Golf Valley .
Nueva Andalucia is one of the first residential suburbs of Marbella. Ideally situated and within  walking distance of the iconinc marina , Puerto Banus.  10 minute drive from Marbella 5 minutes drive from San Pedro de Alcantara on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia.
For lover’s of golf, fine dining, shopping and the beaches this is a perfect location.
Although Nueva Andalucia is more a residential area, than a town, but it has all the facilities and amenities of a town, but  without the hustle and bustle, traffic and noise.

The area encompasses the bullring and spreads out in a circle , heading down towards the port and up to a golf valley, eventually climbing up towards the backdrop of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range. Within Nueva Andalucia there is a host of restaurants, from pizzeria’s to top fine dining experiences. Every  Saturday morning there is a fabulous street market that starts in the Centro Plaza and sprawls down into Puerto Banus itself.

5 minutes from most Nueva Andalucia areas to the nearest beach ( by car ) There is a long strip of Golden beach to be found from Marbella to San pedro de Alcantara. Along the entire sea front are numerous beach bars and restaurants and some high end beach clubs.  There is a is a purpose built board walk & bicycle path that stretches from Puerto Banus to Marbella town, very popular with local residents for a morning workout !

Nueva Andalucia has a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable, temperatures are an average of 32 ºC in summer and 18 ºC in winter .
